In the process of screening candidates for employment, the Group may share and use personal information among Group companies as detailed below:
(1) Items of Personal Information for Shared Use The name, address, date of birth, gender, phone number, email address, educational background, employment history, and other information contained in the résumé or curriculum vitae of the candidate for employment
(2) Scope of Shared Use FOLIO Co., Ltd. and AlpacaTech Co., Ltd.
(3) Purpose of Use For use in the process of screening candidates for employment
(4) Name of the Person Responsible for the Management of the Personal Information The person responsible for the management of personal information at FOLIO Holdings Co., Ltd.

The Company will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, government guidelines, and other norms concerning the processing of personal information owned by the Company.

The Company will respond to any request from an individual or their agent for disclosure, correction, deletion, suspension of use or otherwise (“Disclosure, etc.”) of the individual’s personal information in the Company’s possession, within a reasonable period of time and within an appropriate scope after confirming that the request is made by that individual.
